**As of June 26, 2020, project was awarded to Douglas N. Higgins, Inc. for $1,523,748.50. The Work includes all labor, material, equipment, testing, tax, overhead, and profit necessary to install, construct, and place into service the items described to provide a complete and functional system ready for use by the City. The Contractor to complete the Bayfront Park AC Water Main Replacement firstly, then Siesta Dr. AC Water Main, and lastly the 7th St. AC Water Main respectively. Contractor may start and work on all three projects concurrently, however, substantial and total completion shall be project specific. Q & A deadline: Apr 21, 2020 7:00:00 AM EDT. The Contractor shall obtain Substantial Completion within: 1. 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with the Final Completion of all Work within the Contract Time of 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed for BAYFRONT PARK AC WM REPLACEMENT 2. 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with the Final Completion of all Work within the Contract Time of 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed for SIESTA DR. AC WM REPLACEMENT. 3. 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with the Final Completion of all Work within the Contract Time of 90 calendar daysfrom the Notice to Proceed for 7 TH ST. AC WM REPLACEMENT. New Q & A End Date May 06, 2020 5:00:00 PM EDT
