**As of June 29, 2020, the project has been awarded for $384,987.50.** Q & A deadline: Apr 07, 2020 8:00:00 AM EDT The work consists of replacing the Stockade Roof at the Manatee Jail located at 14470 Harlee Road, Palmetto, FL 34221. The bid shall include furnishing and installing new weather and watertight High-Performance Thermoplastic Roofing System on a Lightweight Concrete deck that is dry and structurally sound. Bidder (hereinafter referred to as Roofing Contractor) shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work, including all necessary engineering, hoisting, permitting, waste disposal, and incidentals.
