Site work for a water / sewer project in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
his project includes partial demolition and replacement of the existing sheet pile water control dam on the Eau Gallie River. New water control dam to consist of steel sheet piles treated with coal tar epoxy, concrete cap, spillover concrete channel, concrete filled burlap bag scour protection and signage. Construction to be completed in very specific sequenced controlled phases to allow continued control of water flow through/over the existing and proposed dam structures. Project will also involve restoration of natural areas damaged by construction activities. Access to site is limited, refer to civil/site plans for access limitations. The work includes furnishing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for constructing EAU GALLIE RIVER WATER CONTROL DAM REPLACEMENT. All work is to be done in accordance to the plans and specifications of Project No. 20412., 21-0524 004, 517023 City of Melbourne, Florida, reserves the right to reject any and all bids
