Site work for a golf course in Horseheads, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
Contract work includes but is not limited to; providing plans for and construction of an automatic irrigation system for the golf course known as Soaring Eagles, located at Mark Twain State Park, for The New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation, the Owner. Work shall include the design and installation of a water main line and lateral piping sprinkler heads, replacement of pumps, variable frequency drives, controllers, jockey pump, weather station, central work station, decoders, radio controllers, valves, control and power wiring, upgrade electric service and transformer, Pump House modifications, ventilation, earthwork, site restoration, training and all other related items for a complete and operational system. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount listed below:D005704 General Construction Contract $136,000.00 (One hundred thirty thousand dollars and no cents).
