Approximate quantities are as follows: Full Depth Sawcut Pavement 650 L.F. \ Pavement Removal 645 S.Y. \ Pulverize Asphalt Pavement 4,640 S. Y. \ Mill Asphalt Pavement 18,330 S.Y. \ Edge Excavation 890 S.Y. \ Asphalt Flume 5 EA \ Butt Joints 1265 LF \ Asphalt Pavement 5 LT 58-28 S leveling 600 TON \ Asphalt Pavement 5 LT 58-28 S 4,000 TON \ Asphalt Pavement 3 LT 58-28 S 700 TON \ Excavation Below Subgrade 500 C.Y. \ Topsoil, Seed, Fertilizer and Erosion Mat 645 S.Y. Bid Security in the form of a cashiers check or certified check payable to the Town of Delafield, or a Bid Bond without conditions to the Town of Delafield in the amount of five (5) percent of the base bid shall be submitted with the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a proper contract and bond will be executed and filed within 10 days after the acceptance of the bid. If such bidder fails to execute and file such contract, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. The Town has the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Town.
