This work generally consist of, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to construct 740 linear feet of a concrete greenway trail and 200 linear feet of a wood boardwalk with partial canopy covering. The greenway trail is almost completely within the 50 foot southern stream buffer of North Buffalo Creek, located between the Revolution Mill development (NBC Greenway Phase One) and North Church Street. The scope of work includes grading, demolition and removal of 275 linear feet of an old railroad trestle spanning North Buffalo Creek, minor drainage improvements, 10' wide concrete greenway and boardwalk, lighting, landscaping, and site furnishings and all incidental items necessary to complete the project as specified and shown on the plans. All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with all referenced plans and specifications herein.
