**As of July 23, 2020 this project has been awarded to Dunnet Bay Construction Company with a total amount of $9,365,969.12 The location of services to be performed: Tri-State Tollway (I-294) Mile Post 7.7 to Mile Post 8.2 (I-294/I-57 Interchange) in Cook County, IL. The scope of the work shall consist of: Ramp D Bridge over detention area, Ramp entrance taper pavement, Performance based/structure mounted noise walls, Associated drainage, signage, pavement markings and delineation, Traffic barriers, Maintenance of traffic, Erosion and sediment control, Installing surveillance systems and Restoration of landscaping. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount shown in the bid for the contract. The Bid Guaranty shall be in the form of an acceptable bid bond or a bank draft, certified check or cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank made payable to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. This contract includes a specific DBE utilization goal of __28__% of the Core Work of the contract. The goal reflects the estimated availability of DBEs to perform the scopes of work of this contract, including as a prime contractor. Consequently, in addition to the other award criteria established for this contract, ISTHA will award this contract to a Bidder who either meets this goal or who demonstrates its good faith efforts to do so.
