As of October 8, 2020, a design-build team has been selected. The project is slated for completion by the end of the year. However, COVID-19 could cause some products needed for the construction to not be available. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- Cost estimates of 200k-275k The Bullhead City Fire District requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide design-build construction services for the design and construction of a 20-foot tall 94x50x40x16x54x66 (5564 sq. ft.) storage building at Station 2. The SOQ should demonstrate your firms ability to provide the required services. Applicants are urged to forward concise SOQs, appropriate to the scale of the project, and only include items that are relevant to this specific RFQ. The contract for designbuild construction services as identified herein will be awarded on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications. If you have questions about obtaining the RFQ, please contact Assistant Chief Scott Neal. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. The District reserves the right to reject and disregard all nonconforming, incomplete, obscure, irregular or conditional proposals. This RFQ does not obligate the District to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of their proposals. Furthermore, the RFQ does not obligate the District to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
