Public Works Project #20-01 consisting of approximately 21,000 sq. yds. (+/-) of mill/sweep and tack, 2,500 (+/-) tons of 9.5 mm wearing course. The PA minimum prevailing wage rates, as determined by the PA Department of Labor & Industry, shall apply to this contract. All sealed proposals shall be submitted with a 10% bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to post a 100% payment bond and performance bond. It is the intent to award this project as a single contract to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder. All cold milling shall be complete in place not later than September 04, 2020. All hot bituminous wearing courses shall be complete in place not later than September 11, 2020. The Limerick Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof as may deem necessary and in the best interest of Limerick Township.
