Renovation of an educational facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project will replace one cooling tower at Central High School. The tower is located on the roof of the three-story school. The project will also include piping modifications to the existing piping system, a new cooling tower system pump, automatic temperature controls for the new system, filling of the cooling tower system with ethylene glycol solution, and supporting electrical infrastructure. The project shall be bid as a single prime contractor of the mechanical discipline. The prime mechanical contractor shall subcontract all other construction trades. A pre-bid inspection will be not be held due to COVID-19 concerns. Any interested contractor is encouraged to ask questions to the Engineer on the project on existing conditions. Pictures of existing conditions could possibly be provided during bidding.
