2020 PAVEMENT REPAIR PROGRAM OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: 285,600.00 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 1, 2020 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 30, 2020 AND ELEVATED WATER TANK REPAINTING (INTERIOR & EXTERIOR) OPWC &/OR OWDA FUNDED PROJECT OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $325,000.00 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 30, 2020 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: NOVEMBER 13, 2020. For OPWC funding for the Elevated Water Tank Repainting project: All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE APPLY TO THIS PROJECT.
