Site work and paving for a road / highway in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the asphaltic concrete pavement rehabilitation of Outer Loop Road north of Prescott. The total project length is 27,436 feet with approximately 10,316 tons of fiber reinforced asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 binder and 82,309 square yards of a Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer (SAMI). Six guardrails will be brought to current height standards and fitted with 12 new MSKT TL-3 End Terminals. Other associated work includes new embankment curb and re-established pavement markings throughout the project. Bidders are invited to be present at the opening of bids, but absence will not be considered cause for disqualification. Bidders shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract. The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County.
