This project consists of Demolition of two existing buildings and construction of a new Science Laboratory with a combined area of approximately 105,000 square feet. 2. The work will be issued in a series of phased packages (Bid Package) over the next several weeks / months. 3. The herein referenced documents will enable your firm the opportunity to submit a detailed proposal.
