Site work for a civil project in Austin, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 27 2020 there is an awarded bidder. Access to the Dexter 30 Dam 2 site is from 240th Street to the north. Any damage to the existing property or crops outside of the construction limits shall be repaired at the Contractors expense. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to construct the Work. The Work is the construction of an earthen berm to create a stormwater detention/treatment basins, mobilization and demobilization; installing erosion and sediment control BMPs; clearing and grubbing; dewatering and control of water; strip and salvage approximately 21,600 CY topsoil; approximately 45,600 CY common excavation; construct berm with approximately 36,500 CY onsite borrow; site and ditch grading; install storm sewer pipe, flared ends, structures, and trash racks; modification/repairs to existing draintile networks and installation of new draintile; install riprap stilling basins; place salvaged topsoil; restoration with seed, hydromulch, erosion control blanket, or straw mulch; remove temporary erosion control BMPs after vegetation establishment; all as provided for in the bidding documents.
