**As of June 1,, 2020, project was awarded to ANA Site Construction for $710,293.95. The construction project includes: o Approximately 5,800 linear feet of 18-inch sewer line beginning 900 linear feet north of the intersection of Preston Road (CR289) and Punk Carter Pkwy, continuing north along easement to Choate Pkwy, and turning due east along Choate Parkway to the intersection of Choate Parkway and Kinship Parkway. o Approximately 165 linear feet of 12- sewer line beginning 4100 linear feet east of the intersection of Preston Road (CR289) and Choate Pkwy, continuing north. Question Cutoff Date 4/27/2020 05:00:00 PM (CT) Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. The successful Bidder must furnish performance, maintenance, and payment bonds each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas, to act as Surety and be acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding certificates of authority from the Secretary of Treasury of the United States, or other Surety or Sureties acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
