This project consists of improvements to Mt. Vernon's water treatment plant. Work will include demolition of existing building and clearwell. Provide and install a new 100,000-gallon ground storage tank. Provide and install new water treatment plant building, high service pumps, calcium hypochloite system, and lime dosing system. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by security submitted on the prescribed Bid Bond form in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount bid.
