Site work and paving for a civil project in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work on the project consists of approximately 2,690 feet of 6-inch PVC water main and all appurtenances thereto in accordance with the plans and specifications for said Project. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and recommended social distancing practices, the following bid opening procedures shall apply until further notice: Bids will still be collected by Council Bluffs Water Works staff. At the advertised bid opening time, the bids will be opened, reviewed, and read aloud. A summary of the bids will be emailed to each Bidder immediately following the bid opening. All Bidders should include a separate document within the bid envelope with an email address for the results.
