The project is described as: construction of an approximate 88,645 sf, fully sprinklered, 2- story new school building and related site improvements at Sandia Base Elementary School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The project includes demolition of the existing school structure, including relocation of utilities to serve the new facility. Location- 21001 Wyoming SE Kirtland Airforce Base, NM 87116 Job No. 1-10314 As of February 28, 2023, the awarded general contractor is in the project buy out phase and awarding sub contractors.
