Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of Work: Project includes removal of existing bi-level courts and re-grading to one accessible level complying with ADA requirements, addition of one new court, re-location of backboard court and new court lighting. The tennis pro-shop structure will need abatement for asbestos and/or lead based paint in addition to bringing the interior restroom facilities up to ADA compliance which may require plumbing rerouting. The facility parking area will also need to be made fully accessible. Site drainage issues need to be addressed. Additional enhancements will include facility signage, shade structures and drinking fountains.
