Design and construction of safety and mobility improvements including new and/or upgraded bicycle and pedestrian facilities, intermittent center medians islands, intersection improvements, and new and/or upgraded traffic signals. The Work consists approximately 1.5 linear miles of corridor mobility improvements for Airport BLVD from North Lamar BLVD to US 290/Koenig LN intersections including the construction of sidewalks, shared-use paths, median construction, traffic signal improvements, street lighting, pavement markings, curb & gutter, drainage improvements, driveway reconstruction, ADA compliant bus stop improvements, rain gardens, utility adjustments, and pavement mill & overlay.
