Small Business Northeast and National Capital Area IDIQ Multi-Disciplinary AE Design Services - Request for Qualifications The National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC), 12795 West Alameda Parkway, Denver, Colorado, 80225, is requesting professional qualifications (SF330's) from qualified firms to provide Multi-Disciplinary Architect-Engineer (AE) Design Services and other Supporting Services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a variety of projects within areas of national significance at areas throughout the North East and National Capital States which include the following: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, DC as the Primary Area. The secondary area of coverage is nationwide, i.e., design work may be performed for projects throughout the United States, its territories and possessions, provided the individual professional state's licensure and registration requirements can be met. All services will be provided under an IDIQ contract. The base contract period will be for one year with options to extend for four additional one-year periods. Work will be ordered by issuance of firm fixed price or not-to-exceed type task orders. The maximum ordering limitation will be $30,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. The $30,000,000.00 maximum may be realized in a single year or spread out over the life of the contract including all option years. Each task order may not exceed $1,000,000.00. The guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract, which includes the base period and all options exercised, is $30,000.00. The NPS may elect to award one or more IDIQ contracts under this solicitation. The NPS reserves the right to award contract(s) based on the Source Selection Authority's final selection of firms considered most highly qualified to perform the work. Each selected firm shall be provided a fair opportunity to be considered for task orders to be issued. The NPS will use such factors as experience, qualifications, past performance, geographic location, and other factors (i.e. knowledge of local construction methodologies and practices, natural and cultural compliance, permitting, etc.) that the Contracting Officer, in the exercise of sound business judgment, determines are relevant to the placement of orders. Questions submitted within 10 working days of the closing date may not be answered by the NPS. All responses to questions received will be posted via amendment to beta.sam.gov. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
