The Hamilton County Airport Authority, Noblesville, Indiana will be receiving electronic bids for Extend RW 18-36 Phase 1 - Grading and Drainage for 1,500' Runway Extension and New Electrical Vault The associated bids are described as follows: The Division A - Base Bid package scope of work includes all work related to the reduced grading and drainage for the extension of Runway 18-36. Major work items include, but are not limited to, mass grading, installation of drainage pipe and structures, concrete lined channel, erosion control, fence removal and replacement, clearing and grubbing, aggregate road relocation, and seeding & mulching disturbed areas. The Division A - Alternate Bid package scope of work includes all work related to the entire grading and drainage for the extension of Runway 18-36. The Division A - Additive Bid package scope of work includes all work related to the installation of underdrains for the extension of Runway 18-36. Major work items include, but are not limited to, installation of underdrain pipe and backfill, and seeding & mulching disturbed areas. The Division B - Base Bid package scope of work includes all work related to the installation of a new electrical vault building. Major work items include, but are not limited to, installation of new vault building with foundations and slab, conduit, electrical handholes, and seeding & mulching disturbed areas.
