The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Construction of North Side III Offsite Water Improvements to Serve Tradition, Central Phase (CPN 102240). Major Work includes: 20,500 LF of 36" Water Line with cathodic protection, 2,400 LF of 16" Water Line and a pressure reducing valve station including valve vault and associated electric instrumentation. No prebid conference is planned at this time. The improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 00 21 13 If a prebid conference will be held via a conferencing application, invitations will be distributed directly to those who have submitted Expressions of Interest in the project to the City Project Manager and/or the Design Engineer.
