Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Intent of drawings and Specifications is to obtain complete systems tested, adjusted, and ready for operation. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Remove existing 4-head light fixtures in the Main parking lot. Install new LED light fixtures on existing 50'-0" poles. Connect to existing lighting circuits. 2. Existing Kim "Tube" Light Fixtures: Replace with new LED light fixtures and poles. Reuse existing pole base. Drill new anchor bolts and epoxy. Connect to existing lighting circuits. 3. Remove existing single head light fixtures, and install new LED light fixtures on existing poles. 4. Install new light fixtures, poles, and pole bases. Provide new lighting circuits to fixtures. 5. Include all material and labor to make modifications to existing light poles to install new light fixtures. 6. Contractor is responsible for cost of all permits charged by the City of Fort Wayne. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
