"As of July 06, 2020, the construction start date and completion date but it is anticipated to commence late summer/early fall. Lower Nazareth Township will receive sealed bids for the Newburg Community Park Restroom Facility. Clarification Deadline: 6/2/2020 3:00 PM The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Lower Nazareth Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above.
