The project generally consists of installation of approximately: 22,000 lineal feet of 8-inch glass reinforced UV Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP), Bypass Pumping, Traffic Control, Mobilization, work schedule coordination, and other appurtenant work. A pre-proposal meeting will NOT be held for this project. Deadline for submission of questions related to this proposal is May 1, 2020. No questions will be accepted after this date. Addenda if required will be issued May 5, 2020. The District Office will stamp the date and mark the time received on all proposals. Proposals not received prior to the date and time indicated on the Request for Proposal will not be considered. The District is not responsible for delays occasioned by the U.S. Postal Service, the internal mail delivery system of the District, or any other means of delivery employed by the Proposer. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received in response to this solicitation and to waive any irregularities as may be in the best interest of the District. NOTICE: Due to recent developments with COVID-19, public proposal openings are temporarily being suspended. Proposal openings will still take place on their designated date and time and proposal tabulations will still be posted for public view/access. However, the proposal opening itself will be closed to the public. Each Proposal shall be submitted on a form furnished by the District and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the Proposal and made payable to the Clifton Sanitation District, Colorado. The successful Proposer will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, both in the amount of 100% of the total Contract amount, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents and on forms provided by the District.
