*This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis. The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the City of Elkins Landfill Closure Reclamation Project located in Randolph County, West Virginia per the attached specifications and documentation. The Department reserves the right to reject the bid of any vendor as "non-responsible" in accordance the Department's Standard Specification for Construction and Reclamation when the Contract Administrator determines that the Vendor submitting the bid does not have the capability to fully perform or lacks the integrity and reliability to assure good-faith performance. The Department may accept or reject any bid in whole or in part in accordance with the Department's Standard Specification for Construction and Reclamation.
