Site work for a water / sewer project in Pinellas Park, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of 01/28/2022 Awarded with $6,339,552.60 As of January 18, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. The Project includes the following Work: The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents includes furnishing, delivering, and installing all materials, equipment, incidentals and services, including labor, for the Work which generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Mobilization/Demobilization; soil erosion, sedimentation and dust control measures; continuous noise monitoring during active construction, trim trees within work area; clearing and grubbing; removal and reinstallation of 6-foot high PVC perimeter fence panels at selected locations; removal and replacement of chain link fence; dewatering and by-pass pumping; construct sheet pile vertical wall with concrete cap within the project area, transitioning to the existing earthen channel bank directly west of the project at approximate STA 10+19, transitioning to the existing concrete channel lining directly east of the project at approximate STA 20+03; demolition and remove existing reinforced concrete channel lining within the project area; install underdrain weep hole system as required by the proposed design; excavate material from face of sheet piling to edge of existing concrete channel bottom slab on the southern side of the channel within the project area; remove and repair deteriorated sections of the existing concrete channel bottom within project area, as required; construct new concrete channel bottom from existing concrete channel bottom to sheet pile wall; remove and replace existing 18 inch and 66 inch diameter RCPs as required by the proposed design; remove and construct concrete flumes; re-grade and sod the southern channel top of bank from the western to the eastern project extents; perform general site work associated with the improvements listed above; and all related work for a complete and operable system. All Work shall be done as described in the Contract Documents and as shown on the Drawings complete and ready for operation in 365 calendar days. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $6,400,000. The Project has an expected duration of 365 calendar days.
