Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This contract encompasses the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the completion of asphalt resurfacing, full sidewalk replacement and all related appurtenances on the following streets: 1.5m wide sidewalks will be removed and only the North / East side sidewalk will be reinstated from Stanley Ave to the cul-de-sac, with 1.8m wide sidewalk adjacent to curb. Prior to the contractor commencing any work, City Staff will attend Roger CR with the contractor to detail and review the work that is required. Once the work has commenced, adjustments can be made to ensure an acceptable finished product. Roger CR is a residential street where traffic and parking may cause delays and concerns. Coordination with all the residents will be required. The above description is general only and shall not be construed as limiting the scope of the contract. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope of this contract. There shall be no compensation to the contractor for any reduction in contract value and scope.
