Description of Project The City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms qualified and interested in providing right of way services for the 228th Street SE from 35th Ave SE to 39th Ave SE Widening Project. This project consists of widening 228th Street improvements at 35th and 39th Ave intersections. Key elements include: roadway widening and overlay, storm water improvements, concrete curb gutter and sidewalk, bike facilities, signal modifications, street lighting, retaining walls and landscaping.
