Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the construction of a 36,093-square-foot, one-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Work under this contract consists of but not necessarily limited to the general construction of a new 3,342 m2 Long-Term Care Facility including all building construction, site services, and site develop of Lot 850, Block 200, Plan 3636 in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut and the associated site works on the adjacent arena parking lot and as noted in drawings and specifications. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
