The County is seeking experienced and qualified firms to establish pre-qualified Contractor(s) to assist Charlotte County in the management and removal of debris resulting from a catastrophic event. There will not be a Pre-Submittal Conference for this project. Please send all questions to the email address listed below. Contractor shall provide payment and performance bonds upon activation of Contract. The bonds shall be in the form and meet with the requirements of Section 255.05, Florida Statutes. The contract term shall be from date of award through and including December 31, 2025 unless terminated under the provision of RP-9, Termination/Cancellation. This contract may be extended/renewed for one (1) additional five (5) year period, by mutual consent, at the same prices, terms and conditions. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission.
