Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mesquite, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
. The project has approximately 11,700 square yards of sidewalk replacement and approximately 52,200 square yards of street replacement. Q & A deadline: May 21, 2020 3:00:00 PM Bidder must submit, with their Bid, a Cashier's check, Certified check or a Bid Bond from an approved surety company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and guarantee forms, if required, within 10 days after notice of award of contract. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, from an approved Surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety, and acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding Certificates of Authority from the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, or another Surety acceptable to the City. The right is reserved by the City of Mesquite to reject any and all bids.
