Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of March 2 2021 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. This project consists of Bloch Heritage Hall and Oxford Hall renovations and three building additions. The scope of work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, concrete, masonry, steel fabrication and erection, rough and finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, EIFS, architectural sheet metal, fire proofing, joint sealants, doors, aluminum storefront, drywall, tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, specialties, window treatments, elevators, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, drilled piers, asphalt paving, landscaping and site utilities. The owner has established Supplier Diversity Participation Goals for this project of 25% MBE, 3% SDVE and 10% combined WBE, DBE and Veteran Owned Businesses.
