"**As of July 21, 2020, the project has been awarded for $2,307,363.49.** This Project consists of a single prime unit price contract for the installation of approximately 4,800 LF of new 12-inch diameter and 12,325 LF of new 16-inch diameter water main, providing finished water to the proposed Larkin Development property. Each water main is to be installed along Moose Club Road and Amity Hill Road, respectively, crossing Interstate-77 via jack and bore, and continuing cross-country before terminating at Dover Road. This project includes bores under both Amity Hill Road and Moose Club Road, a stream crossing via horizontal directional drill (HDD), and the installation of various air release valves, hydrants and other related appurtenances. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a proposal for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other proposal documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project due to current epidemiological considerations.
