Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Meridian, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project was financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. The project includes, but is not limited to the construction of a one way loop roadway, parking area site development for new restroom facility, gravel and concrete paved sidewalks, utilities, ESS controls, vegetated channels, sediment, install new gate, tree removal and other improvements. Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates will be required on this Contract. A Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be delivered once the statewide work restriction has been lifted (non!ess ential work shutdown) by the Governor. Performance and Labor Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman's Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement. Proposals to rec consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to at do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Butler Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted," successful Bidder ' is enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Township reserves the right to waive any bit informalities or to reject any or all bids. If more time is necessary for the determination of the lowest responsible bidder, the Commission of Butler Township reserves the right to award the Contract later but not exc ing sixty (60) days the date Bids were mitted. Such date publicly announced immediately after the bids are opened.
