For Executive Building 4th Floor Remodels The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Tenant Improvements - Executive Bldg. 4th Floor for the benefit of Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management, Administration, Planning & Construction Management. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued from DAS and advertised online. COVID-19 gathering requirements will be adhered to at the Pre-Bid Conference: A minimum of 6ft physical distance between individuals & a maximum of (10) people. Priority will be given to general contractors over sub-contractors. Additional site access will be scheduled for subcontractors if needed. Seven [7] calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion:: 8/21/2020 Final Completion: 9/04/2020 Liquidated damages of $200.00 will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB. (See Exhibit 5 for detailed information) *This project is on hold due to the public health crisis. A new timeline has not been established.
