Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes the removal and replacement of 2 20-30 ton split systems, install 2 performance climate changers, install 2 20-60 ton air cooled condensing units, and the removal and replacement of a 1-5 ton split system. Work shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct all of the work in a craftsman like manner. The project shall be substantially completed within 62 (sixty-two) days from the receipt of the notice to proceed.
