Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of June 18, 2020, project has not been awarded. The award for this project will be contingent upon approval of funding by the School Facilities Board (SFB) as of June 24, 2020. If approved, this project will begin on July 1, 2020 or after. Questions concerning this solicitation must be directed to Brenda Widugiris, Purchasing/Warehouse Manager in writing at bwidugiris@amphi.com and submitted no later than end of day Thursday, May 21, 2020. The start date will be confirmed by the District and communicated to the Contractor upon issuing the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount of $250.00 for each day the work is not complete after the agreed upon completion date. Provide payment and performance bonding in the amount of the bid award. A 10% bid bond is required with the Contractors bid response. The District also reserves the right to reject any, any part of, or all bids for any reason whatsoever, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids.
