The Board of Commissioners, Glynn County, Georgia, is seeking proposals from interested qualified firms for consulting services for the Bats Bay Street Corridor Study. These instructions are an integral part of any proposal. The Proposers' response shall include the required number of technical proposals and one fee proposal with all other information requested in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Technical response must not have fees listed therein. If a fee is located in the technical response, the submission will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated. The fees shall be the full cost to the Board of Commissioners, Glynn County, Georgia. Technical and Fee Proposals must be sealed in separate envelopes with the solicitation name and number listed on the outside. Glynn County anticipates making a single award; however, it reserves the right to make multiple awards should it deem in the best interest of the County. It is anticipated that such an award, if any, will be accomplished within sixty (60) days (unless otherwise agreed upon by the Proposer and the County) from the proposal opening.
