Demolition and site work for a power facility in Glendale, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
The Work includes the demolition, structural backfill, site improvement, and related services for the repowered Grayson power generation facility in the City of Glendale, as further defined in the RFP Documents. Proposals shall remain open and valid for one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the Proposal Deadline. Last date for Clarification Requests November 12, 2021 Last date for Responses to Clarification Requests November 24, 2021 The Proposal Security shall be in an amount not less than 10% of the Gross Base Proposal Price (from line Item 27 of the Schedule of Proposal Prices, Attachment 34.2) based on the Gross Base Proposal Price that is the higher of the two Alternatives (Alternative 7 vs. Alternative 8). Only one Proposal Security is required.
