Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
First tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM, same day (Note: The first tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed bid at contractor's preference). No bid will be accepted by a general contractor who is not on the plan holders list. Online meeting information and COVID-19 related safety measurements for the on-site meeting information will be issued through addendum before the meeting date. This is a Public Works Contract and subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Wage Rates, dated January 1, 2020 and amendments for region 10 as defined under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Scope of Work: Demolition of the former City Hall site, 716 SW Evergreen and 527, 529, 537, and 541 SW 7th Street at 711 SW Evergreen and construction of a new parking lot on the site.
