Reference number : 1369037 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-05-15 The City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines requests quotes for the execution of paving work in the yards of its municipal Garage and its Municipal Depot as well as for layers of pavement correction in various sectors of the City during the 2020 for the Public Works and Water Treatment Service. All the conditions are contained in the specifications forming an integral part of this invitation to tender. To be valid, all submissions must be accompanied by a certified check, issued by an incorporated Canadian bank or by a Caisse populaire, payable to the City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, in an amount equal to at least 10 % of the amount tendered (including taxes) or of a tender guarantee issued to the City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines by an insurance company recognized and acceptable by the City, in an amount equal to the minus 10% of the amount tendered (including taxes). The warranty must be valid ninety (90) days after the date of the opening of tenders. In addition to the tender guarantee, all quotes must be accompanied by a letter of commitment from an insurance company authorized to do business in Canada recognized by the Autorité des Marchés financiers (AMF) and having an establishment in Quebec. , confirming that it will issue, in favor of the City, a contract performance bond for the value of 50% of the amount tendered (including taxes).
