Demolition and site work for a hospitality development in Muncie, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
Proposal and Performance Guarantee: Each bid shall contain the full company name and name of every person or company interested in it and shall be accompanied by a bond or certified check on a solvent bank equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a performance of its proposal secured, and a Performance and Payment Bond with good and sufficient surety, acceptable to the City, in the amount equal to at least one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract. The winning Bidder MUST NOT be debarred from federal work on the SAM.gov website prior to contract(s) being signed. Bid responses may be held by the Board of Works for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days. All communication regarding this bid, including any addenda issued, will be conducted by email only. Further questions may be submitted to sselvey@cityofmuncie.com. Steve Selvey, Building Commissioner. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty days after date set for opening of bids. The Board of Works has the right to reject any and all bid responses.
