The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish Contracts with two (2) qualified and experienced Consultants to provide on-call professional construction management and design services in support of projects leading directly to construction or repair of new or existing facilities. The Scope of Work for General Engineering Consulting (GEC) 8 Services is separated into two (2) major program areas; Construction Management and Design. All task orders will be assigned to one of the two (2) program areas. VRE intends to select one (1) Offeror to provide work on an on-call task order basis under each program area. The same Offeror may not serve as the Consultant for both program areas. Submission of Written Questions May 15, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. ET VRE reserves the right to modify the Proposal closing date and/or time. If Offerors have already submitted their Proposals to VRE when the Proposal closing date and/or time are modified, VRE will afford those Offerors the opportunity to revise or withdraw their Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
