Reference number : 1367648 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-05-19 The City of Gatineau is requesting bids for the repair of the roadway and the replacement of some sections of the drinking water network on avenue Gatineau, between rue Saint-Louis and boulevard de La Vérendrye. This call for tenders may be subject to the provisions of the public contract integrity act. According to the thresholds provided for in the law, the firm which will submit a tender shall hold, at the opening of tenders, the authorization of the authority of public procurement to be able to conclude a contract or public subcontracting. If an authorization is required by the public contract integrity act and it is default to hold it, at the time of the tender deposit, that submission will be automatically rejected. Each submission must be placed in a sealed envelope marked as follows: Soumission 2019 SP 037 Réfection de la chaussée 2018-2019 - Avenue Gatineau The City of Gatineau is not bound to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received or to incur any obligation or any fee towards the bidder (s). Bid bond 10% is required.
