Clarification Deadline: 6/15/2020 10:00 AM Request For Qualifications contract will be Specific Rate of Compensation for the duration specified. Selection will be qualification based and not lowest responsible bidder. This project will include installation of drainage, curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps and multi-use trail along Commerce Drive, reconstruction of the road, construction of a new signalized intersection and modifications to a second existing signalized intersection. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of "Upper Dublin Township Municipal Authority", or a bid bond in favor of Upper Dublin Township Municipal Authority, in an amount equal to at least ten (10%) percent of the bid price. A signed Non-Collusion Affidavit form must be submitted with the sealed bid as an attachment. No Pre-bid meeting will be held. UDTMA reserves the right to schedule an optional virtual meeting during the bid process if questions warrant. Prevailing Wage determinations are in effect for this project as set forth in the Bid Documents. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the UDTMA may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications. The UDTMA board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any defect or informality not material to the integrity of the bidding procedure or to a bid, and to accept the most reasonable and responsive bid that is in the best interest of the UDTMA. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
