Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Holmes County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor and Worker Safety, Wage and Hour Bureau. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after the date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The Village of Millersburg reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive bidder. The Village of Millersburg reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
