Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Milford, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,100-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
All documents required for bid submittal will need to be entered. Bidders should submit bids early to make sure that all documents are received in the planroom before the bid opening. The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the Contract Documents and as shown on the Drawings . Bidders are responsible to maintain current and correct contact information and check the planroom often to receive updates or additional documents/changes/ amendments. This project includes the construction of an approximate 3,100 sq. ft. building and miscellaneous site work grading, utility, drainage, landscaping, and surfacing. This project is funded by Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board. The Enginer for this Contract will be Sunrise Engineering, Incorporated and they will be represented by Trent Brown, as Project Manager. The last day to submit questions about the BID, Contract Documents and Drawings will be Thursday May 18th, 2020 at 5:00 PM. An addendum may be published thereafter to make clarifications to the Contract Documents and Drawings as required.
