General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form within the time frame indicated below. Neither the School District nor the Architect assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract including General, Security Control and Electrical work for the Boones Ferry Primary School and Lowrie Primary School for the West Linn Wilsonville School District. The intent of the project is to create secure entry vestibules and improved classroom lockdown capability. The work includes general demolition, electrical lighting, low voltage controls, secure vestibule entry controls, intrusion limiting glass, classroom lockdown hardware, rekeying building, replace incompatible locksets and shelter-in-place curtains, store front and access controls work. The estimate for the work is $421,356.00. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check or surety bond executed by a State licensed surety company, payable to the School District in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.385. 1.06. All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279C.370, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 - First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form under the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. The completed form must be received at the District Operation Center Offices within 2 hours of the Bid time and date. This Project is subject to State of Oregon Prevailing Wage requirements in accordance with ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870.
